Processing is based on the execution of the syndic contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b) and compliance with legal obligations (GDPR art. 6.1.c).
Data is accessible to the syndic and, depending on activated modules, to owners, vendors, accountant and employees. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Accounting data: 10 years (legal obligation). Usage data: 3 years after end of contract. Connection logs: 1 year.
We implement technical and organizational measures: HTTPS encryption, authentication, regular backups, data isolation per organization.
In accordance with law 09-08 and GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise these rights, contact your syndic or write to contact@odesign.ma.
Copro Manager only uses technical cookies necessary for operation (session, authentication, language preferences). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
If the WhatsApp module is enabled, communications are subject to the WhatsApp Business policy. Meta Platforms, Inc. acts as a subcontractor for message transmission.
